HARMONY FAMILY CENTER PARTNERS WITH EPIC NINE AFTER RECEIVING GRANT FROM TENNESSEE’S DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN’S SERVICES FOR FOSTER CARE RECRUITMENT
Maryville, TN., August 31, 2021 — Epic Nine, founded by Jeremy LaDuke in 2014, continues to help local businesses grow by partnering with Harmony Family Center after the non-profit received a grant from Tennessee’s Department of Children’s Services. The grant will go towards foster care recruitment across the state.
“The state of Tennessee could not have picked a better partner than Harmony Family Center to recruit foster parents,” said LaDuke, “and Epic Nine is honored to partner with the Harmony team in such a significant task.”
Epic Nine’s mission is to help businesses discover their marketing mountains, identify what may be standing in the way of the summit, and supply the materials necessary to reach the top. Epic Nine has helped hundreds of small and medium businesses navigate their way to the peak and is thrilled to now help Harmony Family Center conquer this marketing mountain.
“The staff at Harmony are experts at helping children and youth who have experienced trauma, and we are so fortunate to have them in our communities,” said Tonia Latham, Strategic Development Director at Epic Nine. “As they focus on the therapeutic aspect of the service, we are focusing on the marketing strategies to help them reach those who might have never considered being a foster parent in the first place.”
Harmony Family Center is the leader in foster care and adoption services and provides resources, making them expert therapists dedicated to helping as many families as possible. To help obtain this goal, they partnered with Epic Nine, the expert marketing team committed to helping bring awareness to the Harmony brand to help serve as many families as possible.
“Our partnership with Epic Nine allows us to elevate our mission while keeping our focus on providing excellent services to our clients,” said Emilee Headrick, Master of Social Work for Harmony Family Center.
Since 1996, Harmony Family Center has helped over 135,000 children and families and trained over 22,000 professionals and community leaders. Their team of experts, cutting-edge programs, and evidence-based solutions uniquely position them to serve children and families experiencing the challenges, stressors, and trauma associated with modern life.
Both Epic Nine and Harmony Family Center are eager to see what good this union will bring to the children and families of Tennessee. By expanding the search to include non-traditional families, such as those without children and those in the LGBTQ+ community, Epic Nine and Harmony Family Center wish to recruit foster parents all across the state, specifically targeting underfunded demographics so that children may have a higher chance of staying in their own communities.
As Harmony Family Center builds awareness of the effects of trauma and increases the treatment of the children and families touched by it, they continue to significantly impact the health of our communities across the state of Tennessee.
