It has been an exciting first year and a half for Epic Nine! I would have never thought that within the year we would grow from 1 to 5 people, but thanks to some great opportunities to work with amazing clients we have started to expand and can’t wait to work with more great businesses in our communities.
Colby Johnson and Kristien Scott are the newest E9 team members. They joined the Epic Nine team early in 2015 and it has been an honor and joy to work with them. If you get the chance to meet them and interact with them on any of your marketing projects then it won’t take you long to see why I believe they are going to help make Epic Nine the premier marketing firm in our region.
Colby is our WordPress and programming guru. He tells your story in ones and zeros and makes sure your website is looking and working like a champ. If we’ve got a programming problem, yo! he’ll solve it. Colby and his wife Tabitha like to wear earplugs and listen to their 3 year old son Elliott play with his favorite toy, the trumpet.
Kristien is a jack of all trades when it comes to social media, design, and video. Before coming to work with Epic Nine she was a graphic design major at Maryville College (Go Scots!) and she was awarded the Clark Family Prize, an honor given to rising Juniors and Seniors who have exhibited outstanding academic and artistic achievement. In her free time Kristien loves to repurpose vintage materials for furniture and decor. She and her husband Brandon have a couple of fur babies and more than a few metal babies that will one day grow to be fully operational, street-legal vehicles.
Between the 5 of us, we live, work, and play in the Knox, Blount, and Sevier communities and we hope to help each of these communities grow and become more prosperous by helping businesses that are adding value to the communities with great jobs, great products, and great services grow.
